Hi, I'm Hudson — a 16-year-old local student from Bushland Beach, and I'm building my own cleaning business from the ground up. I already provide window cleaning for businesses at Bushland Beach Shopping Centre, and I'm proud to be growing that one job at a time.
I started this business because I wanted to earn my own money, learn how to run things properly, and save for my first car. My family supports me every step of the way, and the business operates under Water View International Consulting.

What I offer
Every job includes a pre-start inspection and a Cleaning Completion Report detailing the work completed, with before-and-after photographs where practicable. Initial quotes may be based on customer information and photographs.
Window Cleaning
Window cleaning for homes, shopfronts and local businesses, including internal and external glass. Available for one-off cleans or regular bookings. Extension equipment allows suitable higher and hard-to-reach exterior windows to be cleaned from ground level. All work is subject to site inspection and safe access.

Pressure Cleaning
Suitable driveways, concrete paths, patios and paved areas cleaned using a rotary surface cleaner, with edge and detail cleaning where required. All surfaces are inspected before work begins, with the method selected to suit their condition and finish. Before-and-after photographs included in the Cleaning Completion Report where practicable.

Gutter Cleaning
Clearing gutters without roof access. Ladders are used where appropriate, following a pre-start inspection and task risk assessment. I'll let you know what I can safely reach before we begin.

Solar Panel Cleaning
Solar panel cleaning using suitable extension equipment, without roof access, subject to property inspection and the panel manufacturer's cleaning requirements. Before-and-after photographs included in the Cleaning Completion Report where practicable.

Air Conditioner Cleaning
Cleaning of domestic split-system air conditioners, including coil and barrel fan cleaning, filters, drainage and steam cleaning where suitable. Every service includes a Cleaning Completion Report with before-and-after photographs where practicable. This is a cleaning service only — electrical repairs, refrigerant work and technical performance testing are not included.

Every job includes a Cleaning Completion Report as standard — an electronic record detailing the work completed, before-and-after photographs where practicable, observations, and any limitations noted during the job. A useful record for rental properties and businesses.
